I am a graduate of Stony Brook University, New York. I received my Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and my Masters in Chemistry. During my time at Stony Brook, I volunteered as a tutor for academically challenged students and was also the teacher’s assistant for various laboratory courses. In my experience as a teacher’s assistant and tutor, I’ve always tried to make the topic engaging for my students. I believe that students learn best when they experience knowledge for themselves, while receiving guidance and encouragement from their teacher. I truly enjoy tutoring and want to help my students achieve academic success. I’m especially passionate about chemistry and the everyday science around us. Good reading skills are important for excelling in school and succeeding in life. I am a strong advocate of the importance of education and believe it is one of the most significant messages we should impart to children and young adults.
